Dumb Q. Where do I get Ph balace?

Go to a hydro store... they sell a PH kit.. usually includes...

tester and PH UP, PH DOWN

cost about $16..

I've read about it, 2 big nurseries I've been to don't carry it and one old lady lady looked at me like I was nuts! Where do I get ph up and down for my water?
