quitting ciggs
I just quit smoking cigarettes a while ago because it really must have fucked up my lungs. I still gasp for air, but it's not as bad now as it was. My doctor said that my lungs were really inflamed and swollen, and that it'll take 8 or 9 months for everything to get back to normal. I fucking hate cigarettes, and they shouldn't be legal. Pot never took my breath away!

count how many cigs you have in one day, then reduce by 1 cig each day. in the meantime, smoke weed, but make sure there's no tobacco near by as it enhances cravings.
also, be aware that the average craving lasts an average of so many minutes (forget the number, may want to do some research), so just agree to hold out for that many minutes. it's easier to resist something when you know there's a time limit, and the craving won't last (as intensly) forever.
last thing, the most intense period of withdrawl with cig addiction is 18 days (after totally quitting). so agree to hold out for that long, and remember that it won't be forever, just as with the minute thing.

I never thought i'de be one who would smoke cigerettes. It scares me, to tell the truth. There are people higher up, who are making a living at the expense of someone else's sick habit.
