Yep, its a 1 hitter. Just push the tapered end down into the stash portion of the box, filling the "bowl" with weed. Your weed needs to be pretty well ground up and you need to pack the hitter right. Too tightly and its hard to hit, too loosely and you suck burning herb into your lungs. It's pretty basic though and you'll get it after 1 or 2 times. I've always found that a little twisting motion while pushing down on the hitter works best.

There is a wooden case like a squashed cylinder, about as thick as my hand and as long as my index finger, and the top of it rotates. when i turn the top so it isnt covering the case, a little metal tube thats colored like a cigarrete pops out (its held in by a spring of some sort) and one end has a hole and the other end sort of a cone with the top chopped off.
