ok so my bro is off to college, and he took his pipe with him. He left a strange device with his stash. There is a wooden case like a squashed cylinder, about as thick as my hand and as long as my index finger, and the top of it rotates. when i turn the top so it isnt covering the case, a little metal tube thats colored like a cigarrete pops out (its held in by a spring of some sort) and one end has a hole and the other end sort of a cone with the top chopped off. I cant find anything it attaches to, so im assuming it doesnt need anything cept weed and fire to work. I think it might be a one hitter (both holes are ~1/2 and inch in diameter so i dunno) but im not sure how to work it, can anyone help?
