That's not fair, they should be sending you away to college if they want you out so bad. It's fucked up that parents won't accept responsibility for their children, no matter how old they are. It's like planting a seed, watching the plant grow and mature, and then never watering it again.

I get your drift. You're still their fault. Talk with them at the dinner table, or wherever, about anything, ask them questions you know they can answer. Show them that you're life is in their hands and that you need them.

Parents just don't pay for their kids for 18 years by schooling, taking care of of you, feeding, birthdays, christmas, summer holidays, etc...then just say, "hey, you're 18, get the fuck out" You must have done something to piss them off.

I've just had the worst 3 weeks of my life.

I was sick for a week, wrecked my car, broke up with the guy I was dating, got in 2 fights, my friend passed away, I got dropped from 2 of my 3 classes, my parents want me out of the house, and I am completely broke.

I feel like things can't get much worse so they can only get better, right?

I really need some words of encouragement right now.

damn, girl. my parents say the same shit. "your eighteen now, either you pay rent or get out". luckily for me i've gotten my shit together and they don't feel like kicking me out is necessary for me to learn my lesson.
the last thing your parents want to do is hurt you. so you have to make decisions that don't conflict with your life at home. get a job or something, show them your responsible instead of going out and getting trashed. it's much easier said than done, but remember:

"the hardest thing to do is the right thing to do" - pertaining to the feeling that comes from inside.
