i dont recommend the microwave its too hard to control temp and would take a lot of fuckin arond with each microwave to get it work.

i recommend this(and i recommend about .5 a gram to start and enough pb for a good english muffin):

put the bud you want in a bowl, enough peanut butter to mix the bud in pretty well so its all touching peanut butter, then put it in some aluminum foil, and in the oven at 350F for 18-22 minutes. worked well and easy
