Allah and God are the same person. Islam and Christianity are basically the same religions, just 2 different brothers having different views on the religion of their Father.
This is where all the Jew/Muslim hate comes from. The Father loves one brother more than the other.

the church can help get your thoughts back on track, but because it's run by man a lot of the spiritual help is lost and it turns into ritualistic doctrine. i'm not saying all churches, i'm still searching for a good church, i'm sure there are some.
