Seeing roots is not an emergency.

1. how old are these 'babies?'
2. no you should not transplant immediately....if the problem is not root binding, then you just create a bigger problem.
3. droopy leaves can be an early sign of too much water.

Need more data. age, lights, temps and what kind of container are they in allowing you to see the roots.
