I watched that tire burn right off!!!Yeh, it looked cool on the news, don't know much about it, apart from he had to land with faulty landing gear, and the passengers watched the plane on the screens inside the aircraft lol

I watched that tire burn right off!!!They shut the TV's off in the plane, about an hour before they landed. The front tire was at a 90 degree angle. My sister lives in L.A. and told me her entire firm was watching it on TV. The entire time, I was thinking to myself, wait, he looks like he's just landing the plane normally, except for the ball of fire that melted the tires. He should be very proud, as well as the crew.

I watched that tire burn right off!!!Hah, I live in LA...yea...the fucking pilot had to land the plane with the back weels on the ground only for about 10 straight seconds before making the front 90 degree bent wheels touch the ground....it was a 100% perfect landing. An aviation specialist said that he could not do a better landing himself...and that he did it perfectly by the book. That pilot was amazing. I think its not as big of a deal than people think....yea..it was a hard job for the pilot...but by the way the people were reacting....it could have been a lot worse. What if the landing gear was stuck UP?...like...it wouldnt come down....i'd like to see the pilot land THAT.
