yeah no one is that picky i think he was trying to hide his amateur ways or low tolerence through his pickiness cause turning down a pure joint and then not liking the tobacco you put in it? now thats just retarded but i have seen cases where some people just really dont like bongs and dont want to smoke out of them

i wish i still had a low tolorance...i'd never mix something as tainted as tabacco with my weed,and even more so if it ment i didn't get as high ,this sounds like why the guy isn't smokeing,so i think your right but this perplexes me why oh why on earth whould someone turn down a joint...i must go and have a bowl and mull this over...or i may forget...either way...bowl time

A while ago I met this group of guys. They're all in a band together, and I got to know them through my bro, the singer of our band, because he sang with them for a while.

Anyway, they all seemed pretty cool... Two of them smoke (i'll call them G and T), and I got to be friends with them more than the others, the way stoners have a habit of doing. Occasionally i'd meet them for a jam (they're both musicians) and we'd smoke and chill out, too. We all supplied the weed, so everything was cool.

But then one day I got a phone call from T asking if I could get any weed; his dealer was on holiday, and none of his smoking buddies, including G, could get any. I told him that I couldn't get any either, but that I had a bit myself and that he was welcome to come around to mine for a smoke if he wants (a friend without weed, etc..).

So he came round, without any weed, and as he turns up i'm smoking a bong in my bedroom. I prefer to smoke joints most of the time, but when i'm broke or running out i'll smoke bongs. So I offer him one, but he says nah, he doesn't do bongs. Hmm, okay.

So I roll a joint, trying to be hospitable. Over here most people smoke hash, so most people use tobacco in their joints... but as I was smoking some really nice tasting bud I obviously didn't use any tobacco, because well, duh. I thought I was being a bit generous, you know? I didn't have much weed left, that's why I was using a bong, but because T prefers joints I rolled one. Most people over here woulda rolled a joint with tobacco to save their weed, too. So as I go to roll it he obviously sees that i'm not putting any tobacco in the joint, because he asks me if I am or not. I say no, i'm not, and he tells me politely that he doesn't smoke weed without tobacco. Hmm, well, okay.

Being as high as I was I still tried to be hospitable and began rolling the joint again, this time with tobacco. The only tobacco I had was a packet of Benson & Hedges, so I reluctantly go to use one of those. He's saying something at the time, but then when he sees that he stops talking and says "haven't you got any rolling tobacco?". I don't and I say so. He says, "oh okay, it's just I don't smoke weed with cigarette tobacco". Hmm, well, that's strange, but okay.

I ask if he has any rolling tobacco then, and he says no, so I shrug. What am I supposed to do about it? I ask him this, and he's like "I dunno", as if it's my problem that he refuses to smoke weed with anything but Golden Virginia rolling tobacco (yeah, he even said he he only smokes one particular brand of rolling tobacco!). I was stumped as to what to do. I asked if he was sure he wouldn't just smoke it pure, or have a bong, or anything, but he just said no.

So, I shrugged, repacked my bong, and got high by myself. Weird guy, huh?

You're right, though.. Maybe he wass lonely or something. I just don't get it; he always talks crap about how much weed he used to smoke in college, and he's the kind of person who, when he sees your weed, he'll say how his weed is better or cheaper or whatever. Bu then never actually has any nice weed, you know? I'm sure it's all just talk... I just find it kinda strange, i'm not into the whole social anxiety, peer pressure kind of thing. I mean, I don't understand why alot of people try and appear to act in a certain way in front of certain people. It kinda confuses me.

Oh and the world domination thing, i'm way ahead of you, man! I'm taking over the world one stupid post at a time!
