What should I do to make my plant to get better

well my plant isnt really sick the problem is it hasent showed it's sex yet and it's been in 12/12 for three weeks by now.My plant does not seem quite bushy it's more like stretch out.I see other pic's and they have more nods on them and leaves in a 4 weeks mine dosent.Did I put the thing into early for flowering?Can you please help me with this problem.I think it's my light system Ill show you my setup.Well I was thinking putting it back on 24-0 to give it more growth but it might give stress which sucks.I have a 24 inch grow light and 33 wattage light.well here are the pic's.Just plz tell me what should I do and get for my plant.

you need stronger lights, that is most likely why your plants look so spindly and stretchy... they are stretching and looking for more light and also i hope that isnt your only plant, because it would suck to put so much love into a single plant just to have to get rid of it because it is a male!
