Do you ever go online hunting old friends from school, your old home town, or whatever.. wondering what they're up to?

Well this past week I was looking up an old buddy..... known him for 15+ years since high school.... but haven't really kept in touch in the past 5 or so. Every now and then we'd email just to say hi (I had also moved 1000 miles away at this point).

I hate to say it but he & some friends (also people I knew from h.s.) were busted back in October. :-( He's got a 3 year sentence..... his friends have some well off parents so they are still awaiting sentencing.

I guess I won't email him.... or do you think he can still check it now and again? Would it be wise to at this point or not really matter?

i'm sure he'd greatly appreciate your letters when you find where he's staying. it shouldn't be hard to find where he is and as long as you don't talk about anything illegal in your letters no one will bother you. i'd be more concerned about the ones still waiting for sentencing...

he needs you now more than ever so get busy!

Where do u go to find people you knew back in the day?

Well I know they have a lot of school sites where you can look up your classmates (ie. www.classmates.com)

I'm amazed though in that I have found a LOT of information by doing a search at www.google.com for the person's name. That's how I found this out.... I just put it in parentheses.... ie. "Bob Smith"

Damn, 3 years? Was he on his last felony strike? Damn, 3 years for something like bud (if that's the case) is horrible when people that smoke cancer sticks can slowly kill themselves w/o getting in trouble.

Yes, just bud.... goood bud.... & lots of it.......

But that's what happens when you are keeping a LOT of "friends" happy I guess..... I believe the whole thing just got out of hand.... he's been busted for pot before but nothing major.......
