    Critique my plan to flower

My biggest plant out of 4, plus two more, now have female pre-flowers.

My current plan is to flower in 2 weeks and then keep the strongest female. I'm using 6500K CFL right now (225W) and will switch to around 300W 2700K CFL when flowering.

Should I weed out the other 3 plants now?

It seems like I should concetrate all efforts on one plant ASAP due to the CFLs and my 2'x2' space. I really want to get those secondaries beefed up.

In a 2x2 space, you should be able to get 2 plants. Defiantely not 3 or more....

But its a gamble and you have to weigh the odds...

Many times, after a plant goes into flower, where you thought there would be buds there arent.

Consider intiating flower on all of them then take the best one or two. You willl know with in 14 days....

Consider clearing out now and developing secondary growth on your choice of plant...

A real delimna and one that is a personal decision...there is no right or wrong here.

It is an experience one way or the other and you can choose...no perfect way to decide.

What you are facing is the "ART OF THE GROW."

    And you are the Piccasso.

    Thanks for the enouraging words.

I have transplanted star jones into a 2.5 gal pot. Although should I have used a bigger pot? I originally bought these 10" 2.5 gal pots so I can fit all 4 plants at once.

Is it too late for these plants to mature outside? A friend is willing to take a female and continue growing it outside.

I used your transplanting method with great ease. I have a feeling the weak root system is due to both early underwatering and perhaps even the plastic pot getting cold from the AC.

Looks like a nice and healthy root system to me. And the stem on your girl is nice and fat.

Just because it wasnt root bound doesnt mean it isnt vibrant, healthy and active.

    Looks just right.

I grew cunt in a 3 gallon container...she was 5 feet at the end.

Placing a plant outside now might not be a bad idea.

It will continue to flower....then when cold comes along, take her back in and shove her under the lights indoors to finish, as there wont be enuff time now to reach full maturity unless you live south.

In 30 days, most of the outdoor grows need to be over.

Now almost might be a good time to prep one or two plants for some clone selections.

Hmm, I thought the roots should look fatter and whiter. Guess not.

2x2 is the only growing space I have at the moment. I wish cloning was an option.

I live So Cal south so do you think the runner-ups will be safe being outside all the time?

I know cunt and whore were birthed and raised with temps in the mid 50's without missing a beat.

The temps you list......the 60's are fine....but i do thingk the 50's are still ok though i would be worried about the 40's.

At least thru november you can flower them no problems.

    No problems at all.

    Lucky fucker

Thats where all the warm weather goes in the winter time eh?
