deciding to try and cut back on my joints, been doing a bit too much for my liking lately (about 2j joints daily)

might not seen much to you guys but getting wasted at lunch time and school and after i get my dinner is such a routine now, i dont like it

i think its possibly the nocotine from my hash joints - no weed here by the way cos i can only use tabacco) anybody got any advice?

i tried this week not do it it until friday and then only at weekends, failed 1st day, then i decided every other day, failed, i do about 6jays with friends on a saturday so thats even worse.

i know that pot cant do too much damage, but thats not the point. i always swore that i would never get addicted to anything and i dont like the fact that if i dont get a jay i feel like i forgo to do something important and the day just feels empty

anyways... advice, tips? anything is appreciated
