I find at actually maybe unbelievable, how fucking stupid chavs are.

SCUM IS people shout at you until your out of ear shot.
SCUM IS NOT People who walk past quietly minding there business.
SCUM IS people who will go out of there way to make the kid in black have a bad day.
SCUM IS NOT the kid whos just trying to get form A to B and would be quite friendly if the scum treated him right.
SCUM IS the people who spend there whole lives on the street, A because they are abused at home, and B because finding the perfect kid to beat the shit out of would make there day, or of course the perfect fat slag.
