An interesting disover involving the marc emery case

This is the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms. upon reading through it, i came across something that applied to emery extradition case.

Quote from the charter, word for word:


Mobility Rights

Mobility of citizens 6. (1) Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada.


that being said, is there something I'm missing? Marc Emery is a Canadian citizen and protected under the same charter of rights.
