An interesting disover involving the marc emery case
http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/charter/#juridiques
This is the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms. upon reading through it, i came across something that applied to emery extradition case.
Quote from the charter, word for word:
Mobility Rights
Mobility of citizens 6. (1) Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada.
that being said, is there something I'm missing? Marc Emery is a Canadian citizen and protected under the same charter of rights.mrdevious Reviewed by mrdevious on . That is interesting. Now I don't know all the ins and outs of extradition, but I sure know that as a united states citizen I don't want him coming into my country to stay in a prison that I as a tax payer end up paying for. Expecailly since the only 'crime' they say he commited is something that I truly believe shouldn't be a crime in anyway. Fuck the DEA!

Maybe it's because the U.S. government and the cronies who form organizations like the D.E.A have their definition of democracy and facism mixed up. There is absolutely something wrong when your government makes laws for you to abide by, yet they do not abide to them themselves. Look at these sites if you care to known more about what 'they' are doing right infront of us. There isn't much we can do in my opinion about Marc Emery, hopefully I am wrong.
