Question: Physical AND drug test - in a few days

So Ive got a physical and drug test coming up within the next week for a new job. I took a few hits 2 days ago(quit for one week prior, but long time smoker), and I'm thinking my only option is to substitute.

Ive read the substition and dilution guidelines on this site about 50 times each but Ive never taken a drug test before. What happens when you go in for a combined physical/drug test? How am I gonna get my sample in without the doctor seeing it? I mean I assume I'm gonna be sitting in the doctors office in my undies just like very other physical....so.....???? Do they usually do the test before the physical, or vice versa, is it two different locations???

Also my freiond who has taken several tests says for preemployment tests someone has always waited either in the restroom with him, or outside the door listening for "that" sound.

Crap I'm nervous. Any help would be awesome, really need this job. Thanks

I've heard, but can't prove it (nor did any research on it), that if you've been smoking for 'quite a while' that your metabolism processes it faster. Caffeine also speeds that up. Getting it out of your blood is a problem, so try lots of water (or drinks without sugar) but water's the best, and piss out as much as you can.

Remember that your piss contains very little blood, so you're gonna have to piss bucket-fulls.

Ya I'm gonna get a home test kit beforehand, and hopefully I can just dillute and pass, but right now I'm focusing on substitution, and how that will work in my situation. So I'm really looking for advice there. Thanks for the help though.

i thought caffein is bad for you when your trying to clean yourself out??....mostly places like probation watch you i dont thin your doctor does....when i bring pee with me i keep it in my pants but if ur going to be sitting in ur underware then u prob neev to put it in a tight pocket to get it warm and keep it warm

Ya I was thinking I'll just keep it in a pocket, then if I have the physical first, I'll just transfer it to my undies after the physical, on my way to take the test. But if I have the test first, I'm kinda screwed cause it wont be at temp, unless I tape it to a heat pad I guess that would work? What temp will a heat pad keep the sample at in a shampoo bottle?

for counceling i used to put it in the microwave for 7 seconds beofre iu left just in case i had to do it right away
