Will Street Lights Affest Flowering?

My Plants are Flowering nicely, And Now that the Autumn equinox has arrived we are getting 12 hrs light and 12 darkness, Which is perfect for flowering weed, The thing I would like to know is, Can street light affect flowering tinmes, There is a street light (just an ordinary orange one) Quite near my plants. Its bright enough to go out in the garden at night without a torch but not bright enough to spot a lump of resin on the ground if you know what I mean. WIll it affest the flowering time? Rating: 5
