Hey Bongsmith,

You couldn't be more correct. PayPal (or fuckpal as I like to say) can, and will suspend your account at any time, for *any* reason they see fit. If you doubt this, I would suggest doing some research on your own, or vist www.paypalsucks.com for starters. PayPal is notorious for holding onto peoples money for very odd, arcane reasons. You have no right to appeal, and the phone monkeys in their callcenter are also no help at all. One time I lost $400 I sent to someone in error (to the wrong email address) and didn't get it back for 3 months because PP said it was my fault for not checking to see if the recipient was verified, or not.

The bottom line is that even if you are using PayPal for anything "legitimate", you should still be wary. Another issue with PP is that the sender can issue a dispute, and many times hold on to your money- AND your product unless you can provide sufficient documentation that you are "in the right".

As bongsmith says above, there are much better choices to pay someone- wire, western union, or even eGold which is very secure and reletively anonymous!
