Yeah, the site has "Can you handle life?" at the top of the page, so yeah it really is life, and you won't know how someone reacts to the first cut on their neck, knowing they're going to die painfully unless you watch it happen for real, it helps as now the gore doesn't affect me, i still don't like seeing people just sitting still, taking a proper beating, but nothing else makes me squeemish or anything on the site lol
