    Is WaterFarm Complete...??

Is the WaterFarm complete that you see advertised for $50.00 expandable, can you use it with the Controller.. or is the cotroller only used for the modules that sell for about $30.00.. I want to get one to dip my toe into Hydro, and if I like it I want to expand and get 3 more modules hooked up to a controller.. so I am wondering if the Waterfarm Complete is just that COMPLETE.. and it may just be better to buy a controller and a module and expand as needed?

Also any experiences with this system?
    Is it good for MJ?
It is hard to maintain? Do you have to disturb the roots to check the PH,etc.. if you dont have the controller?
I am assuming if you have the controller you check the PH,etc... there..

I know nothing about HYDRO, expect the yield is better and I want to slowly work my way into it.. Any advice on any other system would be greatly appreciated..

    are you talking about this?

looks good. I would get the complete set up. ALL 8. I don't think the controller comes with just one. DId that answer your question?

The ph andthe ppm will be easy to check if you have a controller.. if you don't you may have to lift the plant up out of the container in a single unit. This could present a problem with broken branches (depressing) and even a plant falling over... If you have the extra dough get a compete system..

8 plants is manageable - I bet that system ROCKS!! and it looks easy... you just need light, ph tester, ppm tester and some nutrients... You can even take that system outside!!

No that is not it, but very close, same company and all.. They have a system where you get the whole thing for $50.00, This is what I meant http://www.plantitearth.com/store/pr...?id=80&catid=3

Its the same thing, I wanted to buy that and then see if I can later buy the controller for it. But I think its, not the same as the module and you cant hook it up to the controller.

For $50.00 you get all the shit you need for the basics.. Im sure it has it limitations, Im sure you would still have to buy more nutes and other shit, but if I could get 4oz out of HYDRo vs 1.5 oz out of a plant, then its make sense.. But I dont know if those #'s are right.. But I do hear HYDRO yields more than dirt, I may get one of those as soon as I know I have some females clones, go head to head against dirt see what happens, clones from the same mother.. that would be a good log..

eBay has some really nice cheap hydro units that come assembled. Just search for hydroponic systems. The Waterfarms are great but just too expensive for what they are.

Yeah, they are a tad expensive for a bucket and a pump.. They do look big enough to take a big plant though.. I think I will do that take a look at something else..
