i agree with chris40, try taking a nature hike by yourself with like 2-3 joints and just take everything in. use the isolation and serene surroundings to help you figure out your problems. like said, weed helps you think deeper and analyze shit completely, use that to your advantage. but remember, smoke by yourself when you really want to fix your depression so no one distracts you. peace mann and good luck.
