Hallucinogenic strains
Hi there Sam,
Growing weed that is truly hallucigenic does not have much to do with the strain. They can all do it - any decent strain that is. Be it indica or sativa. Though with Sativas you are more likely to succeed as they have resin balls on the end of their tricloms that are of a smaller diameter than the resin balls of an indica. sativas are and 25micron in diameter - Indicas 75micron in diameter, when fully developed, respectivley.
This makes the focussing of the suns rays on the sativa more intense than an indica's, as the focus power of any given optical sphere is INdirectly proportianal to the spheres diameter - check your Physics books. The smaller the diameter of sphere, the stronger its focus intensity. This allows for higher temperature UV light 'curing' of the critical 'minute' amount of the most active part of the tricloms resin, which is located not in the resin ball or the triclom column(as that only has the standard psychoactive cannabinoids we know as THC and all its derivatives, and CBDs, CBNs etc.) - but in the centre-base of the triclomn stem where it meets the plants pigment. The scientific name for this, the most active of all cannibinoids, is still not classified. It is in fact so active when fully UV cured/scourched, that it is classified in a class of 'activity/activation', that is ABOVE all other psychoactive cannibinoids that can be produced with even minute amounts, or none at all(as in the case of HID tubes) of UVA and UVB light present.
For a better understanding of what I am refering to, please go and read this - it is the most pioneering work of out times on this subject - and is correct down to a Tee. Read it thoroughly and understand everything it is depicting, as it will elevate your complete understanding on how REAL hallucigenic cannabis is grown. It is not the genes - it is the means by which it is done. iIrrespective to what all other works and seedbank-advertising has said about it till NOW.
