Red Coloring in Fan Leaves (top)

As if I haven't bothered ya'll enough...previous thread that ya'll have been kind enough to comment on contains the beginning information about this grow, link will be attached. Now the leaves are beginning to turn a reddish color in between the veins and primarily on the fan leaves just below the gorw tips. Can't seem to find a picture that looks like this exactly so I am a little confused...if someone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Is this the case? If so, I would stop.

Looks like u got nitrogen deficiency. using too much nutes in ur water can cause this as the soil tries to balance itself out. i got this from http://www.overgrow.com/edge/gallery...Deficiency.jpg - looks similar to the problem ur having

Plants suffering from this deficiency are distinct in their pattern of yellowing. Yellowing starts on the older leaves and progresses upward, leaving the top parts of the plant green.
Notice that the large fan leaves are yellowing and turning purple-ish. from the bottom up.

Feeding with a high N fert will clear it up, like an emulsion of fish at 5-1-1.

[Editorâ??s note: Leaves will turn pale green, then yellow evenly. There are no intervenial striping or yellow patches. Color is uniform over the entire leaf. Yellowing is expected during flushing, as the plant is using up all available internal nutrients]

Less Nutes more Water it is.....if and when my Flora Nova ever makes it to me out of the New Orleans UPS Wharehouse.....how often should I feed?? At that point at least I will know I using the correct nutes, and can concentrate on what I AM DOING TO THEM. How long should it take to notice a change for the better....or know that whatever I do is working?

Ideally, the frequency of the nutes you can use are based upon the makeup...either chemical or organic in design.

Organics can pretty much be used without a whole lot of fear of overdosing...to a degree....

Chemical ferts......I wouldn't use more than 1X per week...at the most.....then none for the last 3 weeks.

I don't see how you could have an N deficiency using nutes every water.

Things may not clear up that have been damaged, but within a week, they should return to normal. You may want to do a good flush next watering.......

If you never get your flora, pick up some Schults 2-7-7 cactus ferts and use lightly. They are very very gentle on these tomato plants.
