while the victory is a small one,and a potential setback for the Germans,Angela Merkels Christian Democrats appear to have won...however because of the tiny victory shroeder isnt conceding.sound familiar to anyone in the states??

It does sound familiar. If he refuses to concede long enough, he might just pull off a G.W. and "win" the election...

Surely would be nice to see Shroeder out of there! He's been like the crooked thorn in our sides for a while now!!
