I use a double boiler to prevent the butter from getting to hot and cooking the weed.
You can also accomplish this with some water in the same pan.
Simmer it till the butter is green and strain it. Dont throw the mush out yet...repeat the simmer with some fresh butter and youll get a second batch of slightly weaker stuff.
Strain it , cool it, seperate butter from oil and goo and mmmmmmenjoy!
