Yup, and the American forces are purposefully ignoring some of the warlords. Pakistan wants to build an oil pipeline to the Indian Ocean so it can control the oil supplies to India and China, but the US wants instead for a different pipeline that goes through the Caspian Sea and the Caucusus to Turkey's Mediterranean shore that will provide Europe and North America with oil. What an amazing coincidence that the warlords the American forces are ignoring are right where the Pakistani pipeline would go!
