i made a bong like that once. i also used an aluminum can as the bowl, and it ended up melting the downpipe (hallowed bic) after about 6 hits.

it worked great for awhile though.

Like I said, what I will probably do is do it the same way that they did it on everyoendoesit.com... it seems like if you make the bowl long enough, it won't cause the downpipe to melt.
