My feelings about America?

I feel very lucky to be an American. Out of the over 6 billion people on this earth, I feel like I won a lottery to be one of the under 300 million that live here. The country isn't always governed in a way that I agree with, but there are worse governments out there. When I think about all the people in the world who will never learn to read, who will starve before they are old enough to fall in love, who break their backs all day to earn pennies, I realize how lucky I am and I owe it to this great place where I live.

Could it be better? Of course! But it could be a whole hell of a lot worse!

i love my nation but not what it does at times,
but considering we get new rulers every so often who suck up to the ones paying for the election cost,

it can change for the good,someday i hope my nation is the one that feeds the hungry and clothes the naked and heals the sick

we all have hopes and dreams.some can come true.
