As a result of a car accident (thrown), 5 back surgeries, two spinal cord stimulators, and so many medications I can't recall them all, I am now about to embark on something I never even considered. BUT, after researching smoking online and talking w/ other chronic pain patients, it sounds like this may be a partial answer to my problem.
