until theres no more room for seeds i would guess... or when the plant stops growing

Growing for seeds
After you apply pollen or have male in flower give them 35-40 days to mature and if you look real close and maybe with the help of a toothpick look alittle deeper if you can. Seeds that look like they are about to fall out are ready and be carefull when you handle it like this the seeds may fall right out and be lost. Let the seeds cure in the buds as normal....

Just let them grow until they're old

Like 10 - 12 weeks.
