and cant realy do alot about the different strains, but my friend can flavor the bud like make it taste like cherys or berrys or what ever u want

Yeah, I know a lotta beginners who get fucked that way. All you really need is some extract, ie blueberry extract, strawberry extract, ect.

It's cool to do with your own bud, just PLEASE don't turn into one of those bastards that takes ok chronic, puts some blueberry extract on it, then turns around and sells it to kids as "Blueberry Yum-Yum".

By the way, if you want a good book on growing, it's called "Deluxe Marijuana Grower's Guide". It'll tell you whatever you need to know about indoor/outdoor growing, lighting, hydroponics, etc. Good luck, keep us posted! And remember, no extract bullshit

By the way, you should avoid tin foil, plain white is much better, either paint the walls of the closet/growbox white, i use white paper, also im told that this stuff called "mylar" is much better even than that.

and i read that tin foil turns the light into laser beams and would burn holes threw the leaves and shit

tinfoil is "ok", it wont burn holes, but I recommend white gloss mica, availible at your local hardware store. I cant find mylar, but Im told I can order it from a automotive tinting place.

but yes, paint your walls white, or get some poxy or silicon adhesive and use white mica.

Im renting the master bed/bath out from my dad and he says the same thing basically about growing your own.

Partyguy420, do you already have seeds? If so, mind telling us what strain? Also, what soil you are using or plan to use.

I advice you get a spray bottle from a grocery store and use either pre-boiled tap or rain water depending on the ph of either or. and gently spray your soil around the plant till its slightly moist to the touch.

like i said, i cant do anything about starains... its the seeds that i have from my bags.

and what would the prefreable PH level of the water be, like on the PH scale from 1-14, shouild it be more asidic or a basic, or should it just be a nutaral?

would it screew up my plants alot if i were to use 7 for the ph level, or should i just find a PH meter and is there any way to change the PH level of my water from a 7 to a 6.5?
