    i need everyones opinion******

Yeah I'm thinking about buying this 1993 Honda civic hatchback for 900.00. It needs some body work but my bf can do that. But what do you guys think of that model car? Good? Bad? It's a manual. I can make it look bad ass with just a different paint job, some new rims, tinted windows, and different tail lights. Anyone here have one? How efficient are they? I know hondas usually last forever.

Is a 93 model the EG body or the previous one? And I'd recommend doing performance mods over cosmetic mods.
\"Wait, we can\'t stop here, this is bat country!\"

\"We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, and a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers... \"

\"One of the things you learn after years of dealing with drug people is that you can turn your back on a person, but you can never turn your back on a drug\"

I agree! My husband is a deisel mechanic (tractors, heavy equipment). Anyway, he says the biggest mistake ppl make is tricking their car out and not taking care of the inside. Then, in 6 monthes, they have a bad ass looking car that doesn't run. For $900, go for it! But, have a mechanic look at it first, fix whatever trouble it might have under the hood, then worry about the body.

like all Honda's the engine's are really good but expensive to repair when they go wrong so have the mechanics checked...look for a good service History!! depending on how many miles its done would be a deciding factor for me..as the MOT'S in GB. are getting a lot stricter in regards to emissions best of luck hope its a good un...

My bf rebuilds cars. He is going to go with me. He says it's a good deal. And all the mechanical stuff that needs fixing he can fix. But I think they are kinda dorky cars myself. Unless you fix them up and stuff. Which i'm going to do but I wondered if anyone had a honda because i have heard they last forever. I'm not worried about a new motor. They are expensive and stuff but not all that bad.
