This is what was said on Erowid's cannabis vault, and we all love weed regardless and it really doesnt usually do alot of these side effects. At least I havent seen them. So it just may cause these side effects, its not saying that it does cause them, just maybe.

nah why would u take nutmeg...its like taking shittake mushrooms...just why??..they sell it at the supermarket for a reason.....
rysk8er420 ....i dont like putting people down for the drugs they want to do but this is just ridiulous....why dont you trip on banana peels...dont get me wrong ive done GHB...and other sick things but they were all meant for drugs...
i dont know some of these people have reallly wierd ideas/thoughts

Except that it's.. not like that at all. Shittake mushrooms do not have an entry in Erowid. Nutmeg does. Clearly there's a reason why it is in there, maybe because it ACTUALLY HAS HALLUCINOGENIC EFFECTS.

I've also read articles on Erowid that say under 1/3 of people who try DXM repeat it because they don't like it, but there's plenty of people that do it and enjoy it regularly (myself included). Just because some find it unpleasant doesn't mean we all do.

Its true it has halluciogen effects. At first I was rather skeptical because its been there, on everyone's kitchen spice rack, since I can remember. If I would have known nutmeg was like that 2 years ago, I would have tried it then too.
