I can help you sort it out. I have experience in stuff like that.
1st, what type of phone do you have? Does is have Bluetooth or infrared? Does it have a removable memory card?

If you have Bluetooth on your phone, you can get a bluetooth plug to go into your USB port, & send information via radio waves, if you have infrared you can get an infrared plug for your USB port. If you have a removable memory card you could get a Memory card reader for your computer, & you just slip in the card & it appears as a removable hard drive. They're all quite cheap, but I'd say the more reliable, fast one is the memory card reader, if you have a card, next is bluetooth.

Yup, the guy's right. You should have been provided with a CD Rom when your bought your phone, and it'll have the right software and drivers.

And even then it only works on some PC's, depending on what kind of PC you have, etc... It's so shite, I got it to upload pics on to my PC once, then it stopped working altogether. I fucked around with it for 20 minutes or so and now I can upload about five photos before the PC breaks the link with my phone.
What kind of phone do you have? I might be able to help..
