Mint, anyone?
Hey,
Man, this is hard. I've been smoking about 10 or 20 ciggies (Benson & Hedges) every day for years. I don't even remember how old I was when I started, but I must have been 12 or 13. Occasionally i've gone a few days without smoking, but never really on purpose so at the time I didn't think about it.
But I got extremely drunk on Saturday (ugh!) and ended up with alcohol poisoning (UGH!) because i'm a total lightweight who only likes to get stoned and not drink. but, for whatever reason, I drank. So Sunday and Monday I didn't smoke a single ciggie, then thought "fuck it, might aswell quit".
So here I am. It's Thursday afternoon, and I haven't smoked since Saturday. That's five days of not smoking 20 ciggies per day. That's 100 ciggies!!!!!!!! ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay, i'm calm.
To stop the craving (and trust me, i'm craving!) i've resorted to eating mints. lol. Today i've gone through three packets of Polos (can't be good for me, right?) and i'm on my fourth. At least i'll have minty fresh breath.
What do you guys do to stop you craving from stuff (ciggies, weed, alcohol, whatever)? I could do with some suggestions and some moral support! lol

Mint, anyone?
Nope. Well, yeah, but i'm not right now, if you know what I mean. I just quit my job so I can't afford to spend as much as I do on weed, so i'm taking a break for a little while...

Supposedly Eating a pack of polos in less than like 3 hours, it gives you diahorrea (sp?), so you'll be up all night, have fun
(P.s. just what i've heard)

my dad quit by eat lots of tangerines, instead of buying ciggies he bought tangerines
it gives your hands something to do, and u still get that hand to mouth movement whilst eating it, plus the vitamin c gets nicotine out of your system quickly

Apparently if you take all you old cigarette butts and place them in a jar full of water and leave them under the sink.
Whenever you get a craving go and give them a good sniff and it'll get rid of the cravings.
