i have to work a warehouse the size of a indoor basketball court. we have seventeen palettes of general merchandise that i have to stock and let's not forget i have to build and carry furniture around the store and to customers vehicles. did i mention i'm the only one doing it? i have no help and i need my energy. my apologies.

You know ganj, you honestly have my respect, your apologies are not needed, you do what you have to, I know what it is to have responsibilities, I run my own company, under my own name, and I pay all the people that work for me, so if something needs doing ,and it is not done, I do it!
I hvae 8 guys on the go right now, and its hell man, they do not teach you about this in school, and even university doesnt teach you how to deal with this till like age thirty, by ehich point your not out of school? your a freein professor

work ethic should be a part of education. although it is subliminally taught it isn't has focused on as i think it should be. i'm grateful to have some good co-workers by my side, but then there are those who go and totally trash my warehouse.
i'm trying to work for a stock lead position and i can't even walk around my warehouse because of all these baskets full with merchandise that people were to lazy to finish. i'm going to tell them to leave the stocking to me if they can't pick up after themselves. i'm only eighteen (the youngest one there) and it's like i'm a parent having to pick up behind children. enough complaining from me, it makes me angry thinking about it.
