Liquid soap as INSECTICIDE?

Does there have to be anything special about the type of soap. Bio-degradable,certain type, etc.. I have some AJAX lemon (tough on grease)... The recipes I have seen say Castille or Ivory.. Isnt it all the same?

I was gonna mix some Water + sopa + Cayyene powder and blast the bastards

soapy water ought to work fine, spray underside of leaves too

can you use washing up liquid watered down ?

I would have thought dish cleaner would hurt plants.. But I guess I am wrong, because they even sell it that way.. Right now I am in the prevention process, but I want to be ready if any BASTARDS try to take advantage of my free greenery!
