phoenix Reviewed by phoenix on . Can't sleep Alright, so I took 100 mg of Adderall XR, this morning at around 9:00. I opened the capsule and chewed the beads to kill the XR. At 8 PM, I figured that I wouldn't be able to sleep, so I took 4 benadryl(trust me I'm not benadryl user, I just use it occasionally to fall asleep). I watched TV and used the computer untill 9:10 because I figured it's kicked in by now. So then I layed down in bed for around 5 minutes and didn't feel tired at all, so I took 4 more benadryl.
