wat does it matter how much it costs..your braggin about the fact we can smopke more weed that you because it doesnt cost as much.who cares how much it costs maybe the cost of living is higher over there and so the dealers have to charge more so they can pay there car payments and rent and shit like that.....think about that...so most likely when you put things like inflation and cost of living in there you probably pay about the same amount
