I would just like to suggest after you have dried the plants, maybe do a cure? it is basically just putting them into mason jars and putting the lid on 24 hours then lid off 1 or 2 hours then back on 24 off 1 or 2 hours ... you get the point if you do this over an extended period of time the plants last struggle for survival is an ammonia release and this is what you can often feel, like the kind of harshness at the back of the throat The curing will make the smoke very smooth apparently :thumbsup: Oh about the hermies I believe it might have been the cold or some other factor which might have stressed them a bit into hermie plants.
