Hello Highjinks yes I've always used a little bit of Phostrogen in the water and it's only a couple of quid for a big packet and that lasts for quite a few grows
Oh yes the vita lites, I looked all over the net and didn't find any in the UK, there was lots of imformation about them but no one selling them.

Hello Bill I'm absolutely fine love, it's been a little busy here this last few days but I don't think I've been as busy as you ............ eerrrrrhhh moving , I hated that, all the upheavel and comotion.

Well they've been under the HPS for three or four days now...........I'm kinda not sure I've lost count already
Anyway not a great deal of anything has happen really, all seems the same so far.
I have to say though I am impressed with the resin production, these are turning out to be some of the most stickiest plants I've ever seen
