BILL THICK Reviewed by BILL THICK on 03-02-2006. Just a little journal............ I hope no one minds me doing a little grow journal right from the begining this time :) Well I've geminated sixteen sensi skunk #1 seeds, all have germinated and they have been potted and are now showing. In total this took four days. I've put them in the growroom under a MH bulb that is running on a eigthteen and a half / five and half cycle. Ok now it's the boring bit..........waiting :rolleyes: My whole grow will consist of, germinating, potting, re -pottting to bigger pots, Rating: 5

Hello Buk Nothing to worry about love, just having a little break due to all the unwanted attention from the run in with the local "village idiot"

I will be starting up again in the near future, just simply waiting for the weather to pick up as the growroom I am using next is just simply far too big to try and keep warm this time of year.
It really has been very cold here this last couple of weeks, a constant breeze coming from the North, kinda makes me feel like another little hoilday is needed to warm me up a bit .......................... however due to the state of my finances, I'm affraid it just isn't going to happen

Hey mand, if you don't mind me asking, which end of UK are you in? I know what you mean about the cameras, it seems to get worse as you go down south. although in my lovely little town up north, cameras seem to be popping up everywhere I live in the lake district, and everyone is so easy going, i wouldn't of expected it here

I'll just say it's in the middle love ................ but yes they seem to be putting up more and more camera's all the time
I mean I don't drive fast at all, infact everyone comments on how slow I drive but even I seem to spend more time looking at the speedo trying to keep it under 30MPH than I do looking where I am going

I have to say though Joe it makes you wonder what the purpose of all the cameras are, is it safety or is it just another easy way of the goverment boosting there revenue ................. kinda a speeding tax if you like

I think that even in the Lake District (lovely part of the country ) you will find that they will even spread up there


Tell you what love I was reading a little while ago about a guy who goes aroung dressed in a superman type outfit and his little hobby is to take a power saw thingy to the dammed things ....................... a total eccentric but a real hero to lots of people

Mand so what do you do again to store away the buds for a long period of time? and is the quality still the same?

Hello Buk They are in plastic tubs and tins, stored in a cool/even tempretured and dry place

I was considering freezing them at one point but some people were for the idea and others were against it, anyway in the end I decided not to bother.

I think it's very widely accepted though that storage should be in a dark place as the light will degrade the THC value over a period of time.

As for storing them for a lengthy period, well I don't smoke evreyday, maybe twice or sometimes three times a week but when I do smoke I smoke a quite considerable amount ................... so I'm affraid long term storage has never been to much of a problem for me


So Buk, the best way seems to be in the dark and an even tempreture, if you do try to freeze them make sure that they are totally dried out and also wrap them up very very well (several layers of wrapping) before putting them in the freezer

Hello Buk , how are you ?

Oh dear a bit of relaxing time would be nice, but I have so many bills this time of year I've had to put a few more hours in at work
I just had the yearly water bill £280 and the car breakdown cover £112, and that's on top of everything else.

Also the Vodka situation is running critcal ................ I really need to get some cash together for a little "booze cruise" trip to France


The weed situation is ok but could be better, I have plenty of forced dried resinous leaves and buds, but not to many nice buds left, so I'm just waiting for the weather to pick up before I can start the next grow.


Anyway Buk, enough of my little woes, it's good to hear from you love

Wow Mand, I feel your pain. Should be better but, at least, its not worse dear.
You do have some weed and vodka left. Small victories, right? No liquor (nothing like jamaican rum) or weed here, except for my babies which have ways to grow. Oh well, it'll get better. :thumbsup:
