I'm a 44 year old 200lb male that doesn't work out much. I smoke about a half of a joint ..say..every 6 days. Thats all it takes because my tollerances are so low. Subject to a random ....think my levels are detectable. When not smoking, I drink a lot of water and sometimes take a water pill and just flush like crazzzyyy....

Well, how tall are you? If your 200lbs and 5'5 and you don't work out much, you probably have extra fat for THC to store in. Its detectable up to about 2 weeks in urine after you stop smoking. I would give yourself at least that time just to be safe. But if your just talking about THC being detectable at all (like if you had a drug test today) then yeah, you would be doomed.
