So Growth Excel doesn't exist anymore.

Anybody know an alternative ? Tranoble really made it sound like it was a major factor and I'm very interested in trying something similar, if not the same but renamed by AN.

I know this because I have read every post in this thread.....it a great learning tool.....read it all.....

there are many products like growth excell....do some home work and your will find some.

Yes, I realize this. I have read every single word and even copied Q/A into a file. I'm asking anyone whose read this thread, not Tranoble. However I've been unable to find anything like growth excel, and trust me, I have looked.

I have no qualms admitting failure, and being very interested in this nute and not finding any info has been vexing me.

Something I'm trying to change for '11 is doing things different. I've got some experience, but I've basically done my own thing and gotten my own results. So this time around I'm trying some new things, but honestly I've never looked outside of the nutrients I currently use.

So with an open mind and lots of questions I go seeking for new things to use this year, in hopes of positive change.

I understand that makes my questions seem very nooby, but I do have some experience, and the FAQ's I've read haven't quite solved my issues. So I'm kinda looking for opinions of others to help enlighten me to other products I may enjoy.

I think true word of mouth reviews beats trolling discount-hydro or some other website and just reading product descriptions.

I believe B-52 is like Growth Excel

I use B52 from advanced....you can feed with it and spray it on the plants works excellent.....

Quick question about the Nutes.. I am using the Gen Hydro equivelant of everything you have mentioned in your thread (Only using genhydro because I had already bought the nutes before I found this thread!) My question is this.. I am using the "Drain To Waist" feeding method which to my understanding is typically used for growing in soil (IE: the Nutes are not re-used). The problem I am having is the conflicting info regarding the PPM. Throughout the whole plant life cycle, the feeding schedual doesnt get any higher than 600-800 PPM? I see that you typically set your Co2 to the same value as the ppm in your nutes.. so Im just wondering if you are using a Recirculating feeding schedual (for hydroponics)? The ppm on the recirculating schedual seem to match the 1200-1500ppm that I commonly see in these forums.. Just wondering if someone could clear this up for me? Should I be doubling my nutes?

Growth Plus is the same as Growth Excel.. You should be able to find it at most hydro shops.. Its basically a seaweed extract...

I start by sealing my room as best I can. From there I start by building a 8ft by 8ft box with 2x6.
Then I screw 2 sheets of OSB 4x8 sheets to the bottom (sort of like a water bed box).
I line the inside with polly making sure not to get any staples on the inside of the beds.
I put 4 bags of Shunshine #4 Mix into the bed making sure to break up all clumps.

Do you do anything for drainage in the beds? like make holes or is the plastic totally sealed? Also are those beds raised and how/with what, and how high? Please let me know.. thanks
