for me (and probaly a good deal of other people aswell although u might not realise it) the only time i feel really addicted is when ive got some, and then think (say its my last bit of money ive spent so no more smoking for a week) about life in a day or two when i have no smoke it will be awful, and it can get depressing, but its not like that at all really, so i think the best way to combat addiction(because it isnt really there, really.) is just go without and be happy about it, you cant say youre addicted if youve havent TRIED stopping, it should be a lot easier then you imagined
