ADD medication effecting high? i take add medication for school because i daydream alot. its called concerta and i take 36 mg which is the mediam dose. i started smoking last schol year and noticed wen i was on the meds my high was different, i was just starting out smoiking so i wasnt experienced with being high so i might have been misateken. how i see it is marijuana lets you relax and space out and stare at things for a long time seeing them in a differnet way and this medication makes me focus and not stare off into Rating: 5
