The DEA, reminiscent of the old soviet KGB.

remember guys, there's the truth, and the "truth". god damn the DEA pisses me off with their constant lies. After all the talk about the marc emery incident, I decided out of curiosity to check the DEA's perspective on it. Here's the fetured articles, I bolded the parts that particularily pissed me off.

"Prince of Pot" Arrested by US-Canadian Task Force
Major Distributor of Marijuana Federally Indicted in Seattle, Washington

JUL 29--(Seattle, WA) The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and the Halifax Police Department arrested MARC EMERY, 47, of Vancouver, BC, today on a warrant issued from the Western District of Washington in Seattle. EMERY is accused of selling millions of dollars of marijuana seeds over the internet, though the mail, and in person to individuals in the United States and across the globe. The DEA, in an investigation of EMERY has traced his seeds to illegal marijuana crops in Indiana, Florida, California, Tennessee, Montana, Virginia, Michigan, New Jersey and North Dakota. An estimated 75% of the seeds EMERY sells are transported to the United States.

??The tentacles of the Mark Emery criminal enterprise reached out across North America to include all 50 United States and Canada,? said Special Agent in Charge Rodney G. Benson of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). ??Mr. Emery utilized the internet to sell his marijuana seeds throughout this country to customers no matter their age. He directed his business with efficiency, was motivated by greed, and will now be prosecuted for this illegal activity.?
MARC EMERY has operated Marc Emery Direct since 1994, taking orders for marijuana seeds over the internet and is a well known figure in Canada as publisher of Cannabis Culture magazine, and leader of the BC Marijuana Party. According to the web site run by EMERY, he has made more than $3 million annually, illegally selling marijuana seeds. EMERY claims to stock the largest supply of marijuana seeds in the world and is considered the largest distributor of marijuana seeds. According to court filings, Emery seeds are associated with multiple illegal grow operations across the U.S.

EMERY and co-defendants GREGORY KEITH WILLIAMS, 50, of Vancouver, BC and MICHELLE RAINEY-FENKAREK, 34, of Vancouver, BC are charged with Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana, Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana Seeds and Conspiracy to Engage in Money Laundering. The charges carry penalties of 10 years to life in prison.

The U.S. Attorney??s Office for the Western District of Washington has filed an extradition request with Canada asking that all three defendants be brought to Seattle to stand trial.

    - "selling millions of dollars of weed across the globe". that's rediculous, though it certainly wouldn't be wrong. Emery just said on his parties website "I suspected they were undercover agents when they asked to buy some marijuana. I found that strange since I only sell seads"

    - "the tentacles of marc emery's enterprise" . well gee fellows, you did a great job of describing him as a criminal mastermind supervillian. Will you be bringing in Lex Luther as well?

    - "was motivated by greed"? he paid 100% of his profits, not to mention some of his own money, to pro-marijuana organizations around the world. So I guess what they mean is he must be fullfilling his greedy need to get his voice out and speak his opinion .

    - "he has made over $3 million a year" . love how they happen to omit the profits weren't for his personal use.

    - "charged with conspiracy to commit money laundering". well lets clarify that fella's, what they mean is Emery's claim that it has all been donating to the party(s) is now officially a lie and he kept it all for himself? what evidence backs this up you say? why he's a no good dope fiend of course!

perhapse we should ask the terrorists to put their energy to good use and kill these guys instead.

You know, maybe you should start comparing our whole government to communism. I don't know much about either.

I wouldnt' compare the US government to the communists, or the nazi's. but, they certainly have policies (especially lately) that use the same propoganda and control strategies that both those parties excelled at, and I'm sure many other forms of dictatorships have. The DEA however, that noble superhero protecting us from the terrorist funding weed, is pure propoganada, lies, and opressors of basic human rights.

Everyone knows the DEA can't admit that they lost the war on drugs, otherwise it will make all the past politicians look like fucking idiots.

Also, if the DEA were eradicated, think of how many jobs would be lost. That's why they are still in operation.

Our government thinks it's okay to dictate what humans can put into their own bodies. I think that, in and of itself, is fucking ridiculous.
