Goldenseal is a myth. It will not do a thing. There had been multiple scientific studies conducted to confirm that goldenseal doesnt work at all.
Its the gallons of water consumed with the goldenseal that does all the work. You could pass just the same on the water-loading alone without the nasty goldenseal to go with it.
